Physical and Emotional Changes

As you approach week 32 of pregnancy, you may notice a mix of ongoing symptoms and potential new experiences. Continuing symptoms might encompass constipation, leg cramps, swelling, stretch marks, varicose veins, breast changes leading to leakage, itchy skin, hemorrhoids, and occasional feelings of faintness or dizziness. Additionally, you may encounter fluctuations in your appetite.

Health and Well-Being

Prepare your body for childbirth and reduce the risk of tearing by practicing perineal massage techniques. Dedicate time to these gentle exercises to promote flexibility and elasticity in the perineum, fostering optimal pelvic health and comfort as you approach the delivery of your baby.
