Congratulations on reaching week 33 of your pregnancy journey! As you continue on this incredible path, both you and your baby are reaching new milestones and experiencing significant changes.

Bobo will be sending you and your partner weekly updates on your pregnancy progress, child development, and Canadian based information up to the age of two. Here's

what you can expect during this stage of your pregnancy.

Your Baby's Development

At 33 weeks pregnant, your baby is about the size of a pineapple. They're rapidly gaining weight and filling out as they prepare for birth. Their bones are hardening but their skull is still soft and flexible. They're practicing breathing movements to prepare for life outside the womb.

Physical and Emotional Changes

As you near week 33 of your pregnancy, you may discover a mix of ongoing symptoms and potential new sensations. You might continue to experience round ligament pain, Braxton Hicks contractions, and shortness of breath, along with "pregnancy brain" moments and bouts of clumsiness. Challenges with sleeping, swelling, and increased frequency of urination may persist as well.

Health and Well-Being

Establish a soothing bedtime routine incorporating activities like reading or taking a warm bath to promote better sleep quality and relaxation. By prioritizing restful sleep, you can recharge your body and mind, ensuring you wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated to face the demands of pregnancy.
