Congratulations on reaching week 30 of your pregnancy journey! As you continue on this incredible path, both you and your baby are reaching new milestones and experiencing significant changes.
Bobo will be sending you and your partner weekly updates on your pregnancy progress, child development, and Canadian based information up to the age of two. Here's
what you can expect during this stage of your pregnancy.

Your Baby's Development
At 30 weeks pregnant, your baby is about the size of a large cabbage. Their eyes can now open wide, and you may notice their developing head of hair. Their hands have reached full formation, and their fingernails are still growing. Additionally, their brain is expanding and developing intricate grooves, preparing for continued cognitive development.

Physical and Emotional Change
Approaching week 30 of your pregnancy, you might notice a mix of persistent symptoms and emerging developments. You may continue to experience or encounter new symptoms such as bloating and gas, constipation, swelling in the feet and ankles, stretch marks, increased vaginal discharge, protruding belly button, shortness of breath, fatigue, and fluctuating moods.

Health and Well-Being
Enhance your sleep quality and physical comfort by investing in a body pillow or pregnancy wedge, providing support for your growing belly and alleviating discomfort while sleeping. Prioritize restful sleep as an essential component of self-care during pregnancy, ensuring you wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated to tackle the day ahead.
