Getting Ready for Pregnancy

During the first and second weeks of the pregnancy timeline, she might not be considered technically pregnant. Usually, conception occurs about two weeks after the start of your partner's last menstrual period. Your healthcare provider will calculate the estimated due date by projecting 40 weeks forward from the beginning of her last period. Although pregnancy hasn't begun yet during this time, her menstrual cycle is factored into the calculation of the pregnancy duration.

Upcoming Physical and Emotional Changes

In the initial weeks, her physical changes might not be obvious, but hormonal shifts can trigger symptoms such as fatigue, mood swings, frequent urination, or heightened senses.
Pregnancy is a period of emotional ups and downs, ranging from moments of pure joy to times of uncertainty and worry. Remember to lean on your support system, whether it's the mother, family, or friends, and don't hesitate to seek guidance and reassurance from healthcare professionals.

Supporting Your Partner

Support your partner by taking an active role in understanding her fertility. Help track her menstrual cycle and ovulation to identify the best window for conception, setting the stage for a smooth journey towards pregnancy.
